	WHEN & WHERE January 1st – 5th 2009 Renaissance Worthington Hotel Fort Worth, TX Check-in is from 2:30-5pm on the 1st.

	PARKING Parking at the hotel is $10/day + tax. There are also a number of other lots in the area where you can park. The yellow building is the Renaissance Worthington and the purple is public parking where you can park for free after 5 pm and on the weekends.

What is the cost? $240
Save $20 if you register by November 17th, 2009
Save $10 if you register by December 18th, 2009
After December 18, 2009, regular price.

Online registration closes December 26th otherwise you can register on-site.

On-site Registration and Check-in is from 2:30-5pm on the 1st.



A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. We cannot guarantee or hold your spot if you have not paid your $50 deposit.

Cost includes admission, five nights lodging, and conference materials. Transportation, parking and meals are on you.



What if I want to commute? Or just come for one day?
The commuter fee is $115 for the entire conference. Day passes are available for $30/day.

Roommates
Each room sleeps four students. You choose your roommates, however you will not receive your room key until all four of you have arrived and paid in full. You will receive your rooming assignment/room key during Registration at the hotel.



What do I bring?
Bible, notebook, money for meals and casual attire.
